Joe Harter, Founder and tournament chairman. Joe is known for randomly calling the MBPD just to check if any of our golfers are resident. If so, he posts bail. He also enjoys sentimental moments of camaraderie, exploding golf balls and stinky-anal lap dances. Joe is a key contributer to the tournament because he is a good driver.
